Truffled Brie being Cut.
This out of control, over-the-top, hyper-delicious cheese is made by halving a French Brie horizontally, then filling the centre with luscious marscapone mixed with fresh black truffle. Wowsers! What a cheese. We are of course using a boxcutter for it’s frictionless qualities, i.e. Thin and sharp.
